Q. When is my rent due?
A. Your rent is ALWAYS due on the first day of the month. Your rent is late as of midnight on the first, but we give you a grace period until the 3rd.

 

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

A. You can submit rent payments using a personal check, money order, cashier’s check, or through our easy and fast online e-pay service using your portal.

 

Q. How do I request maintenance?
A. To submit a Maintenance Request or Emergency Maintenance request you may call our office, fill out a maintenance request online using your portal, or submit in person at our office.

 

Q. How Long will you hold a property if I apply?
A. Once an application is approved and the Security Deposit funds are received, we can remove the property from advertising and hold the unit until the desired move in date. This move-in date cannot be more than 2 weeks from the date that the application is approved, and Security deposit received

 

Q. What happens when my lease is up?
A. You are required to give us 60 days’ notice to Vacate. Our office will
contact you 90-120 days before your lease expiration and will send you
Renewal Letter.

 

Q. I am moving out, when will I get my deposit back?
A. After you Move out and turn in keys to our office, per your lease and Florida
tenant law, you will receive Security Deposit and /or Notice of Intention to
Impose Claim on Security Deposit in 30 days
